What really makes a good leader?

Some take the role and take advantage of it. That’s not the reality, what it is is the excitement of having the title. Well, for beginners.

When you asked seasoned leaders, they drive people.

They lead them, support them, encourage them and let them be better than themselves.

Why? Because that’s what great leaders do.

Mold people and create more leaders.

Not every one wants to take the lead, take it from me.

When it’s your time to lead others, be transparent and fair. Being so gives you the benefit of the doubt to be trusted and balance.

It’s a skill, not every leader master.
