Well, me and my wife goes for sushi and noodles (soup base and pan fry)

We try everything and we enjoy them.

Add a warm sake or a Sapporo beer and that is it.

Hmmm. Yummy.

Some research say, it is good to have half glass a night.

Some curious people say, it will damage your liver in the long run.

Whatever it is, if you feel it is good for you, go for it. It is not the wine that is important, it is whatever celebration you are commemorating.

It doesn’t matter if you have it daily, or twice a week. You might have it occasionally with your business partners or celebrate success with your staff.

It has been processed, made to perfection in order to enjoy it.
