Buffet station can be in a straight one line or both sides.

It also depends where you can set up. Inside the house, in the porch or under the tent in a nice green lawn.

Java rice?

Plain white rice, garlic rice, fried rice.

Starch and carbs, add some greens too.

Good combination for a protein such as steak, pan fried or grilled pork, baked chicken or fish.

Hmmm.

Food cost

In many cases, this is rampant in the food industry. This is why many restaurant establishment fails.

Get a good chef to deal with the headache in the kitchen. Hire a Manager that can control the flow.

That is not really the problem.

It lies on the effort of each individual working in a specific group. It is time to ask, are these people enjoying what they are doing, or they are here because they need it for ends meet?

Every single person is different, if you are part of the Management you should know and work on it and make sure that work environment is sound and vibe.

Focus on your people, they make or break your business.

The difference between a poor judgment and a good judgment is the output.

Same way when you make a choice. Should you compare products from each other? Definitely. This is the only way to see and figure out what is the best option and what lasts.

You can compare everything in your wildest mind, but never compare yourself to others. The moment you start doing this, you will not succeed in life.

Find your worth and purpose and excel on the things that makes you happy.

That is true happiness. It can’t be paid by anything but time.

Temperatures

One of the most important things for a staff working in food and beverage must know how to determine food and drink temperatures.

All hot food must be kept hot, and cold should be kept cold.

Each country have different ways of using gauges such as degrees Celsius or Farenheit. Some thermometer tools read both with its equivalent.

Negligence of this part will have a domino effect from losing the business to a lawsuit because somebody gets sick of the food or drink you served.

O-N-I-O-N-S

The title read ooooonions. Because they are so huge in size. Wonder how much pound is there in one?


A kind of spice that can bring taste to the food.

It can be sauted, boiled or can use fresh and or in dip (vinegar with ground black pepper and chopped onions).

Have you tried marinating it with whole black pepper, whole garlic, English cukes, carrots, ginger and salt and sugar with apple cider? Let it sit for 3 days. Let me know the outcome. It could be served as appetizer.
