Temperatures

One of the most important things for a staff working in food and beverage must know how to determine food and drink temperatures.

All hot food must be kept hot, and cold should be kept cold.

Each country have different ways of using gauges such as degrees Celsius or Farenheit. Some thermometer tools read both with its equivalent.

Negligence of this part will have a domino effect from losing the business to a lawsuit because somebody gets sick of the food or drink you served.
