The year ahead

What will be the difference last year and this year?

There will always be and that depends on the effort you will do.

Are you ready to face this year’s challenges, or do you get back and do the same things?

As you know, actions will move you from a place to the other.

Same thing when you didn’t do a thing at all. You will be at the same place where you are, and, hey, you can’t blame anybody. You can only blame yourself.

Why?

Because the actions you will take at this point of time determines the output, whatever it is.

Blaming others is another way of saying that you let them run your life and not you taking back what you have. You are not what others possess, you are of who you are.

The most difficult part of being caught in the middle is that you don’t know which way to go, either take the left to slow things down, or go to the right and advance to the next level.

The leap of faith lies in YOU. Within YOU, and nothing else but YOU.

YOU is YOU, them is theirs. You need to start learning how to differentiate yourself from being somebody.

That way, you will have a clear view of who YOU really are.

Remember, time is ticking.

What is up?

Twenty twenty could have been perfect, lots of opportunities then suddenly Covid hits.

It’s not the end of everything, not just yet.

Though it hits hard to businesses and the way of living for humanity, life must go on.

Everyday is a developing moment not only for the vaccine but with day to day life. Just like your regular chores. It will pass.

Twenty twenty one will be another year full of promises. It depends to you how would you look at it.

Can’t see it coming? All you have to do is take action, use that gut to explore other venues on how you would succeed. You must, conquer what is in front of you.

Always remember, in every downturn, there’s always a time for recovery and blasts of positive results.

For now, I wish you prosperity and great health this coming year.

Happy New Year!

I’ll see you on the next chapter.

“Right mentality can do so much.”

This is one of the most unique traits of human being.

The state of the mind to perform in distinguishing what is right or wrong.

Positive thinking negates the opposite.

Thinking that you can’t do the job will trigger the subconscious mind not to perform at all.

While pushing yourself to achieve anything that is impossible, you are nurturing your subconscious mind to excel in its utmost state.

Both determines the outcome of whatever you choose to do.

At the end, what will you get in thinking the right thing to do?

Your choice. Make the difference.

“Save as much as you can, invest most of it and spend only on what you need.”

A very debatable sentence.

This mentality is not thought to everybody at young age.

Well, not all. Nowadays, you will see parents nourishing their kids to be more resourceful and to save whatever they have right now.

This helps the young minds to bear in mind the importance of saving and investing.

At the end, it is never your fault being born not having everything you need.

It will be, when you die the same.

“One hour is more than enough to keep you focused.”

Having a hard time with your own time?

You can work around it.

Feel sometimes that you are running out of time?

Or you are fighting with time because you are late for your appointment?

Give yourself a time line to do things.

When you starting doing that, you will have no issues about timing.

Try it for yourself.

“Your ability to contribute to get things done is being measured without you knowing.”

If you are of help to any organization, then you keep your post.

In retrospect, if you can’t help a little or at all, you are out.

As simple as that, that is why employees are striving, taking advantage of trainings offered by companies.

There are ways to be ahead of others, and one of them is having the Passion.

If you have passion in doing things, you ever have a hard time adjusting yourself for improvements and dealing with any challenges.

Being passionate gives you option to climb the ladder of success in no time.

Or better, it helps assess your self if you are ready to take the next level of challenge which is starting your own.

How many restaurants having the same issues like this out there?

“Things gone wrong.”

Looking at the photos, things always gone wrong.

Since we are in the food and beverage industry, we would like to open the eyes of business owners, workers and our patrons in the real situation. Perhaps, they have an idea already.

Though, this is not a daily problem, there’s always one or two who always leave things behind.

It can be allowed. We are not perfect, and the world is not perfect either.

That is what you call room to grow.

The beauty of correcting these issues start from the Management.

Strict implementation of rules and policies.

One way or the other, who ever do their job stays.

“Giving up on things that don’t help you.”

Have you tried making choices in your life?

Such as switching new job, considering opportunity and or just a little things like buying a laptop for your business or even for personal use.

Knowing what is your purpose in life creates and molds your intention of your needs.

There are some things that you want that is not necessary.

A 3 year old cellphone that still works and do its work for you don’t need to be changed.

Well, unless you can afford it.

But let me tell you a little secret, most successful people have one of the oldest gadgets in their collections and still works.

Only buy what you can use that you really really need.

“Word help.”

Working in a team is the other term for help.

It is never a sign of weakness to ask for help.

A team comprise of 2 or more people working together to get things done.

When you help others, they will do the same.

It might not be to you, but help to others.

The golden rule is, when you give help, never expect something in return.

Let the action do its work and move to the next who needs help.

“Take responsibility.”

A short word with weight.

Who amongst you out there take responsibility in their lives?

Not to mention to help your partner in cleaning the house, tending to your 2 years old child or making an errand for your grand mother.

Taking responsibility is broad.

It takes time, effort and energy to do it.

Like any other task you may have at hand, make sure you take responsibility in all your actions.

That way, you know you are in control.
