How about the fryer at the back, prep table for the chef, chopping board, extra buckets of cold and hot water, extension cords and 3 way plugs.

The tent has been outsourced by the guess.

Catering job and business is not easy. Besides, nothing is easy if you don’t enjoy what you do.

It will lead you to bankruptcy as well when you are not careful.

Hire the right people with the right mind and encourage them to enjoy the job.

Treat them well and delegate them the task so that they own it. It will be a pride for them doing it by themselves.
