That is being complacent.
It could be avoided. Report it to the kitchen supervisor or talk to the manager and let it be fixed.
Let’s see who will get the write up.
It doesn’t have to be this way. Everybody knows it and it needs to be corrected.
Some back of house staff has been kicked out because they dont do their duties.
Being a good cook doesn’t mean to leave your mess behind, always think of the person working the next day.
