“Hot!”

Literally, a valid word that comes out from a cook’s mouth working in the kitchen.

Empty pot

Working both in the front and kitchen side, I only not hear this word once but many times, specially when its busy. You gonna hear a cook shouting “hot, hot, hot!”. That means, get out of the way or I will burn your skin.

This is to “warn” the person next or close to it, it might be a hot pan, or a hot pot that can endanger someone.

It helps to avoid accidents. Not to mention dealing with stoves and ovens, it needs utmost precaution.

Next time your holding a hot object, make sure to speak it loud when you are working with somebody, that’s a tip for you be a good colleague or even in the household.

Dont make it a joke, it will help alot.
