There are new trends in the workforce industry that “no experience” is being considered for hiring.

In reality, before the boom of any business, business owners tend to hire anybody, even those without proper experience of the job.

Today, it applies for the main reason that everything can be learned. With all the tools and technology to assist, there’s nothing that you can’t do anymore.

Experience is just a terminology, as long as you are willing to learn.

Hospitality industry such as food and beverage businesses, hotels, lodging, and spas are only few examples that can start hiring with no job experience.

Training is the key.
