I am debating to the other side of myself if I will write a long or short story regarding the title above.

Wherever you are, whatever you do. Some, maybe a few colleagues knows it all. From doing this things, and that thing to the final outcome.

“Oh, I know how to do that. I have certificate of “blah blah blah”. I have done that.” Sound familiar?

There’s nothing wrong with that, as long as it shows, eh? Let your work do the talk rather you talk first.

This is one thing people possess, the mentality to own and keep using the word ME rather than US or WE.

I don’t know what to say anymore, but I wrote a separate article with this here (Team Work).

Just a piece of advise, help others and be part of the team. You can’t work alone by yourself, you need one or two person to HELP YOU at least solve A problem.
