Simply look at the layers and figure out.

In the pastry section, this is normal for a pastry chef to create a new dessert. They normally name the dessert with the ingredients used or it can be called differently as well. Sometimes, it is named after the person who made it.

That is how things run in the hospitality industry, there is no dull moments.

Just make sure, you embrace it.
