Why guess walk out in a restaurant?

The answer is simple, their needs haven’t met.

1. Maybe too long to have a table.

2. Too long to take their orders.

3. They have been disregarded.

4. Too crowded.

5. Too noisy.

The list goes on, oh, the food is cold and it’s been awhile. It is sad to see people walking away from a restaurant.

For any reason there is, there’s an answer.

Can it be controlled, definitely.

If you have a busy restaurant, you need to add more staff into that specific times.

A manager should have been present at all times in a busy period. It is given, unless.

Unless, a well trained staff can handle the situation smoothly. And I commend there’s quite a good number of them out there.
