Most kitchen must have 1, 2 or 3 sets of the same tools. Depending on how big the restaurant is, it is necessary to have common tools in order for the cooks to work properly.
There’s one tool I love using, that’s the silicon spatula. It scrape much of that left over dressing in a container.
They are easy to use and clean.
