In a restaurant with dining area, nothing beats if you serve all the tables smoothly and making all of the guess feel at ease despite being full house.

It takes real effort and skills to serve everyone without them wait longer, though it is given that they understand the situation.

Happy guess leave with a smiling face and that is enough for the day to reminisce.

Hospitality work is not easy, but those compliments and kind words overrides all stress in the time being.

It’s a fact, that, we have to turn down reservations after reservations. We better do this, than to squeeze their time slots and can not deliver.

A wait list, is necessary for those who want to try, to be seated in. That is why, timing is so important in this job.

Kudos to all who do their part in that kind of situation. You deserved to be thanked and praised.

Keep doing it. Everybody see the difference.
